 Noemi's fight in Varese was not successful  
It was a great race for Noemi at here homeplace in Varese. At the begin of the race a group of 12 riders could breakaway. Two laps before the finish the group could catch. Then a strong new group was build. At the end 5 ladies could breakaway. Noemi was alone a few seconds behind this leading group and fights for the connection. Noemi second in Montecarlo
Noemi is second in the second stage at the toscana trip. Noemi love the final meters in Montecarlo and could win this stage last year. This year only Marianne Vos, the world number one, could beat her. (procm sc)

Noemi Cantele strong at Züri Metzgete
Noemi Cantele could drive on the 6 place in Zürich. The race was hard an strong an on the last hill Noemi lost a few seconds to the leading group. She came to the finish line with a gap of 30 seconds. Giorgia Bronzini could win the race. (procm sc)

Noemi Cantele 2th in Trophee d'Or
Noemi Cantele could finish the Trophee d'Or on the second place in the general classification. On the fifth stage Noemi could drive away with Emma Johansson who could win the race. A good sign for Noemi for the next races. (procm sc)

Secondo posto nella tappa piu' dura del Trophe'e d'or
Nella tappa piu' impegnativa la mia squadra ha cercato di rendere la corsa dura per
scalzare dalla leadership Giorgia Bronzini, la corsa e' stata caratterizzata da una fuga
iniziale di quattro atlete, tra cui la mia compagna J.Hohl.Ai piedi dell'ultimo strappo a 15
km dall'arrivo ho attaccato insieme alla Johansson, la Bronzini ha sempre chiuso su di noi

Due semitappe e ancora arrivo in volata
ieri due semitappe la prima di 55km e la seconda di 73km. Al mattino abbiamo provato ad
attaccare e la mia compagna Andrea Thurig e' stata ripresa a 700mt dall'arrivo, terza
vittoria consecutiva per Bronzini. al pomeriggio nella seconda meta' di gara, dopo aver
chiuso sulla fuga solitaria di una francese, abbiamo riprovato ancora a vivacizzare la
corsa.Sull'ultimo Gpm a 4km dall'arrivo ho attaccato, siamo rimaste in tre Bronzini,

Seconda tappa Trophe'e d'or
Nella seconda tappa interamente pianeggiante la corsa e' stata condotta in modo regolare,
nel secondo giro dei due previsti, la mia squadra ed io abbiamo provato ad attaccare ma
senza riuscire a creare una fuga. dunque anche oggi arrivo in volata, vittoria della Bronzini,
io ottava.

Prima tappa Trophe'e d'Or
Ieri prima tappa del Trophe'e d'Or, siamo arrivate tutte in gruppo ed ha vinto Giorgia
Bronzini. Nel circuito finale ho provato ad attaccare a -4 km chilometri ma sono stata
ripresa a 1,5km dall'arrivo. Durante la gara ho sprintato per i gpm cosicche' oggi
partiro'per la seconda tappa con la maglia a pois verde.

Noemi 15 in Peking
Noemi Cantele takes place 15 at the olympic games in Peking. The bad and rainy wheather conditions were not very good for Noemi. She was always present at the top of the race but she missed the leading group in the last gap. Noemi's college Tatiana Guderzo could win the bronze medal for the team. (procm sc)

Domani alle 20.10 iniziera' la mia avventura olimpica, sono curiosa di vedere come
saranno le condizioni climatiche, anche se da notizie avute dalla mia compagna di
nazionale, Tatiana Guderzo, l'afa e' veramente asfissiante. Arrivero' a Pechino mercoledi
nel primo pomeriggio e il programma sara' quello di uscire per un paio d'ore in bici e
magari di andare gia' sul circuito di gara visto che l'hotel dove alloggia la nazionale e'

With a reduced team without Nicole Brändli, Noemi Cantele was not able to defende her yellow jersey today. A group with 3 strong riders could brake away today and Noemi has to fight alown. At the end she lost 2:46 at the 4th stage and she lost also here winner dress to Grete Treier (Est) Gauss RDZ Ormu. (procm sc)

It was a hard stage today with a final climb to the montevecchia. Noemi tries everything to push here college Nicole Brändli to the top but at the end Fabiana Luperini could win the stage an Nicole had to pay for here fight yesterday. Questa sera parto con la mia squadra per le Fiandre, domenica 6 saremo impegnate anche noi,come gli uomini,nel giro delle Fiandre, una delle corse più affascinanti e dure del nostro calendario. Il percorso è molto tecnico, con 10 muri e circa 11km di pavè. e' una gara che mi piace particolarmente per l'atmosfera che si respira e per l'incredibile pubblico che c'è sulle strade a tifarci.
